Systems

Custom software, built for your business.

Whatever you sell and whoever you sell it to, the system gets built around your operation rather than the other way round.

We do not sell a product with your logo on it. Every build starts from how your business actually runs: who touches an order, where the week disappears, which job is done twice because two tools do not talk. Then we build software that fits that, and only that.

  • It is built for one company

Not configured from a template and not resold. The system does what your operation needs and leaves out everything it does not, which is why it stays simple enough to actually use.

  • It replaces work, not people

The target is the manual job nobody should still be doing: the retyping, the copying between tabs, the report rebuilt by hand every Monday. That work goes to the software and your team gets the hours back.

  • It is handed over finished

Working, documented, in accounts you own, with a walkthrough for whoever runs it. There is no dependency on us built into it.

Who it is for

Any industry, because the system is custom

These are the businesses we have built for most. The list is not a boundary. If your operation has a step that runs on somebody remembering to do it, the work is the same work.

  • E-commerce stores

Storefront, checkout, payments, transactional email and post-purchase tracking, built as one operation instead of four disconnected tools.

  • Marketing and agency services

Pipelines that stay current, follow-up that runs on its own, and reporting a client can be shown without a night of spreadsheet work first.

  • Service-based businesses

Enquiry to booking to invoice, wired together, so a job cannot fall through the gap between the phone call and the calendar.

  • Health and wellness brands

Ordering, fulfilment and customer communication automated, with the disclosure and record keeping the category is held to built in from the start.

  • Professional services

Intake, documents and client communication turned into a repeatable system, so the practice does not run out of one person's memory.

The five things we build

Brands and platforms you already trust

We build on tools your business, your accountant and your next developer will all recognise.

The stack

What we build on, and why

One line each, because the tool matters far less than the system. Everything here is proven, widely documented and hireable, so you are never locked into us by a choice we made.

  • Stripe

    Payments and payouts

Published underwriting rules, so a storefront can be built against them rather than guessed at.

  • WooCommerce

    E-commerce

The checkout is ours to change, which matters the moment a processor asks for something specific.

  • WordPress

    Content and storefronts

Your team edits their own copy. A site only the developer can change is stale within a quarter.

  • Next.js

    Custom applications

Fast on a phone, legible to search engines, and one codebase for the interface and the API.

  • Vercel

    Hosting and delivery

Deploys on a push and rolls back in one click. The rollback matters more than the speed.

  • Notion

    Pipelines and operations

The tool a small team will actually keep updated. A stricter CRM looks better in a demo and sits empty.

  • Twilio

    SMS and voice

Programmable numbers with delivery receipts, with consent capture built in on day one.

How we choose

Three rules the stack has to pass

Clients ask why this list and not something newer. These are the three tests. A tool that fails any one of them does not go into a build we hand over, however good it looks in a demo.

  • Boring beats clever

Every tool here is proven, widely documented, and hireable. If we disappeared tomorrow, you could hand this stack to any competent developer and they would recognise all of it.

  • You hold every account

Accounts are opened in the business's name, on the business's card, with the owner as administrator. We get access. We do not get custody. Nothing switches off if we stop working together.

  • No lock-in we control

Your data stays exportable and your domain stays yours. The only reason to keep working with us should be that the work is good.

Next step

Not sure what your system should be.

That is a normal place to start. Bring what you are running now and what it is failing at, and we will tell you what we would change, what we would leave alone, and what it would cost to move.
